Vintage Estate Inspiration by Love and Lace Weddings and AGP Collective

After a beautiful, wintery weekend, we’re so happy to be sharing a little bit of warmth from Love and Lace Weddings and AGP Collective.  Inspired by some antique china, and adding so many beautiful details, this dream team of Chester County vendors came together to create a serene scene in the lovely autumn sun.  Elegant, soft simplicity certainly steals the show, and even though these winter scenes are certainly pretty, we’re finding ourselves longing for those long days and that evening sun.

From Amy of Love and Lace Weddings:

The location for this shoot was on a private estate in the picturesque Southern Chester County, PA. The property featured cascading weeping willow trees, surrounding a beautiful serene pond. This made for the most elegant backdrop for our enchanted reception table and of course for our gorgeous bride who sparkled in rose gold and diamonds, provided by Benari Jewelers. The bride also wore a long sleeve lace A-line gown from the Blush by Hayley Paige collection. The ceremony location was at the courtyard entrance to the private garden and featured 8 ft. tall carved barn wood doors with cast iron detail that were to die for!

The inspiration for this shoot centered around the vintage crystal plates that were used for the table setting. I decided to steer away from the ever so popular antique gold accents (which I do love) and instead bring in a mix of pewters, mercury and shades of gray that complimented the crystal plates perfectly. The shades of purples, maroons and peaches that were used in both the wedding cake and in the centerpieces added the perfect pop of color and elegance to the table. And of course simple touches like eucalyptus sprigs laid out across the beautifully crafted calligraphy menus, and shattered water and wine glasses added a sophisticated touch of detail, which is important for every wedding and event. And can we talk about that jewelry again! How unique is that sideways oval cut engagement ring and the twisted rose gold wedding band. I wanted to trade mine in! The rose gold looked amazing and really stood out from the gray and mercury accents and also paired so softly with the color palette of the cake and flowers. The drop earrings and long backdrop necklace was classic yet sexy and added just the right the finishing touch to the already gorgeous look.
